Alicia has a passion for hospitality and working with a talented and creative team. Her goal is to develop new and innovative food concepts that serve quality food and coffee in spaces that people around Australia love.

David has managed our coffee roasting and product distribution since its inception in 2009. He is passionate about specialty coffee and has been the leading force behind many coffee awards received for all our brands.

Chris has a strong background in finance, hospitality management, IT and procurement. He is responsible for the deployment and maintenance of all systems, administration and supplier relationship management.

A seasoned hospitality professional with a career spanning over two decades, Joe he has owned several different hospitality businesses and has held management roles in large national hospitality companies. Joe’s passion for all aspects of hospitality, together with his wealth of experience give him the tools to assist store managers and franchise partners in achieving financial success and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Michael has over fifteen years experience as manager and head barista of cafes, bars and restaurants across Perth and London. After running the cafe at one of London's leading theatres for ten years, Michael moved back to Perth and joined the Cafe Collective team in 2022. As a published author with a background in the arts, Michael enjoys finding creative ways to help customers and team members wherever he can.
