At The Café Collective, creating specialised food and beverage outlets for unique, busy environments isn’t just something we do well, it’s where our passion truly lies.

We’re thrilled to announce our latest projects at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Nedlands, WA, where we have opened three bespoke food outlets at the main entrance on the ground floor. This exciting new chapter reflects our continued mission to enhance the healthcare experience through sustainable design, thoughtful food, great coffee, and genuine service.

Our café, Parlour, serves our own freshly roasted coffee alongside handmade rolls, fresh salads, pastries, bakes and more.

Rice Baby offers fresh, healthy and flavourful sushi, noodles, rice paper rolls, poke bowls and all things delicious, made in house.

And we’re excited to introduce Casita, our very first Mexican concept, where fresh tortillas are pressed on site and filled with slow cooked meats, vibrant salads and zestful, house made sauces.

These new outlets have been tailored to meet the needs of and provide variety to staff, patients, and visitors alike. Everything we do is guided by a belief that food and hospitality play an important role in health service and wellbeing.

This vision for the brand new food and beverage outlets at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital is one we are incredibly proud to bring to life, and we can’t wait to welcome you soon.
