Great Minds Need Great Coffee Our newest cafe opened on Monday August 4th at the cutting-edge Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, in Nedlands, WA, supporting its culture of collaboration and innovation.

Coffee Anatomy has undergone a full refit - designed to create a calm, beautifully considered space for coffee lovers, researchers, staff, students, and visitors alike.

This is the first project fully designed and managed by The Cafe Collective in-house, and the rebrand is a deeply personal expression of our values: thoughtful design, genuine hospitality, and quiet confidence.

Using organic, seasonal, and sustainable local produce, the Coffee Anatomy team delivers a carefully curated menu featuring mindfully prepared food, artisanal coffee, and chef-made meals.

We source and roast our own award-winning coffee, craft delicious meals from scratch, and provide high-quality catering with free delivery across the QEII Medical Centre.

At Coffee Anatomy we are proud to showcase the delights of our chefs, and support local artisans, and producers, ensuring that every dish reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Our bespoke approach to creating great café experiences extends to health, education, business districts, industrial areas and more. Coffee Anatomy is a reflection of this vision - crafted to serve the hardworking researchers, staff, and visitors of this inspiring building.

The newly refurbished café is open weekdays from early morning to late afternoon, offering our own freshly roasted coffee that evolves with the crop cycle.

Our dine-in and takeaway menu is made in-house using fresh, local ingredients and has been specially curated with our customers in mind. With the convenience of our pre-order app, guests can enjoy great coffee and food without the wait, so they can get back to the things that truly matter.
