Brand New Hobart Hospital Eateries

In November 2020 we opened Pounds + Ounces, overlooking Campbell St at the brand new Royal Hobart Hospital K Block. A fresh display of sandwiches, snacks, salads and sweets is complimented with an all day breakfast and burger menu, as well as freshly made juices and smoothies, our own roasted coffee and much more. 

A few months later this was followed by Green Panda, our fresh noodle, sushi, rice and bowls concept. We are so proud of our team for the dedication displayed in getting both of these brands designed, constructed and opened during the difficult COVID-19 period.
