We currently operate 40 unique outlets across Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania.
We have a flexible and bespoke approach to each location and our brands have ranged from traditional cafes to health focused juice and smoothie bars, authentic sushi and noodles and modern burgers and shakes.
Our menus are balanced to appeal to a wide range of customers in busy locations. We have developed burgers made with brioche bread, organic beef and American cheese and travelled to Japan to source quality equipment for making authentic sushi that is both healthy
and delicious.
Our focus is on creating a unique food and beverage outlet that customers love, are served in quickly and easily and maintain the
highest levels of customer service.
Every single recipe has been developed by us and uses fresh, high quality ingredients. You can be assured that we will never compromise
on quality… we simply do natural, delicious, healthy food and beverages that we, and our customers adore.

HISTORY
Our company founders, Robert and Angie Mule, spent approximately twenty years in successful food businesses around the Perth CBD, before starting the Aroma Café brand in 1996.
They wanted to incorporate what they had learnt across all of their varied experiences in fresh fruit, functions, catering, cafés and restaurants. In all cases there were three dominant factors that they had always practised – Service, Quality and Value.
Since then, we have built a strong, trusted and recognised group of brands across Australia and our philosophy remains the same.
