Our brand Supernatural is all about food made from scratch, using quality, local ingredients. We don’t do deep fryers, cling wrap or soggy salads made off site. We are relentless about making delicious, fresh food that people love, which is why the Supernatural, Perth Children’s Hospital team were excited to try some of the WA Department of Health’s new green salad recipes!
This week they made the Pulled Pork Asian salad found on page 209. This involves slow cooking a pork shoulder and then combining it with freshly chopped cabbage, carrot, spring onion, coriander and loads of other delicious ingredients!
It was an awesome addition to our salad display, where customers can pick and choose as many varieties as they like.
Salads are hugely popular at the moment with the warmer weather, and we can’t wait to try loads more!
